I was born in Hamburg in 1969.
Driven by my fascination for live, different cultures and languages, I've studied, worked and lived in different european cities for many years.
My main focus were always people, the human beeing in all its uniqueness, its complexity, in its beauty.
After years of experiences, studies and continuous education
it is important for me to
Listen - Understand - find "Solutions" together on a mental and physical level.
My naturopathic path so far:
- Fulltime-studies at the "Amara Schule für Naturheilkunde & Heilpraxis" in Hamburg-Ottensen. Diploma: "Heilpraktiker"
- Simultaneous studies in different natural therapies:
Herbal medicine, Auricular acupuncture, Reflexology, Breuss Massage, Classic Massage, Iridiagnosis, Talking Therapy - 2009 Reiki 1 & 2
- 2010 Education in Schüssler's Biochemistry
- 2010 - 2011 Education in Craniosacral Therapy
- 2013 Assistance (6 months) at the "Scholz Naturheilzentrum Hamburg". Main focus on manual Therapies and Triggerpoint Therapy.
- 2013 Education: Ayurveda Practitioner
- 2013/2014 Assistance for a One-Year Course in Craniosacral Therapy
- 2014 Education in Craniosacral Therapy for Babies & Infants
- 2014/2015 education in "SFBT" = Solution Focused Brief Therapy
- March 2015: Advanced education in further Classic Massage techniques
- Since 2016 continuous Osteopathic Seminaries
